What if I just want to refer students to the modules, but I don’t need to see their scores. Is there a place to refer students?

You may refer your students to our ‘generic’ set of modules http://infolit.ucf.edu/students/modules Using the generic modules does not require any set up for your students, but you will be unable to see or collect module scores even if you decide that you want to later.
